2. Tuition Packages
2.1. We offer private tuition services with flexible pricing options. Users can select from the following tuition packages, with the option of discounts that may be offered from time to time:
- 1-hour private tuition session: £40
- 6-hour private tuition package: £240
- 12-hour private tuition package: £480
2.2. Payment for private tuition packages is accepted via PayPal and Stripe. Users can purchase tuition packages as needed.
2.3. Refund Guarantee for 12-Hour Package: Users who purchase the 12-hour private tuition package have the option to request a refund after the first lesson, but only within 2 hours after the lesson. Refund requests made beyond this time frame will not be honored.
3. User Obligations and Restrictions
3.1. By using the Website, you agree to comply with these Terms and all applicable laws and regulations.
3.2. You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:
- Posting or sharing inappropriate content, such as discriminatory or offensive material;
- Sharing your login credentials with any third party;
- Violating our intellectual property rights or those of any third party;
- Spamming or engaging in any other form of unsolicited communication.
3.3. All information on the Website is copyrighted by Language Open Learning Ltd and cannot be used or shared without express permission from the company.

13.2. Upon termination, your access to the Website will be immediately revoked, and any user-generated content you have submitted may be removed from the Website.

14.1. If you cancel your membership or if your account is terminated, you will lose all access to the ESL library and resources on the Website.
14.2. Language Open Learning Ltd reserves the right to terminate your account and membership at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to violations of these Terms or applicable laws.
14.3. Upon account termination, any user-generated content you have submitted may be removed from the Website.
